Games not bonusing regularly/bad service

When I first joined it was wins after wins. It was great, then it was loses after loses. Slots that onced bonused between 30 an 50 spins started to bonus between 150 and 200 spins now they don't even bonus after 600spins. Spoke to live chat they say play another game that gives a bonus if the one you currently playing is not giving a bonus then they ended the chat. I would not recommend this site even if they should pay me. Please do not get baited with there free spins to join. If you win you don't even get that money. Just a joke. If this site changers maybe I will return but until then I am closing my account.
