FICA verification

Hi I have been trying to FICA my account for over week now, I keep emailing and uploading documents. I call in and the operator informs me that they will escalate my query as they can not see why the FICA is taking that long! they always promise me feedback and state they will call back yet nothing. i lost hope in them, i think they are ****ming people. when you call you will hear new story. i have submitted my documents more than 5 time, daily when i call its a new story. now i have lost so much airtime calling them and emailing them with no help.
