Extremely unhappy player

For the last couple weeks the promo code don't activate upon deposit. Then it takes 2 days to receive the spins and bonus. And when withdrawal is requested it gets declined everytime and it takes a few days to receive. Sunbet is a massive platform with such a poor system in place.
