Extremely bad support service

They don't deserve even a single star. Extremely bad support. I have tried many times to make them aware of my missing deposit, they chose to ignore me, even though I sent them my Proof of Payment and Reference. Their chat feature, Facebook, and email services are very very bad and frustrating. I waited for more than 20 minutes, got not response from a support agent until my session timedout. I wish I could be able to upload my screenshots here. They are a bunch of ********!!!
