Extremely bad service! Rather use another betting platform bad decision!!!!!

I made a deposit on the 27 October 2022. The monies still not reflected and I have been sending them the proof of deposit which was via my card. No customer service whatsoever . I tried calling no response I tried chatting no feedback. I just want my money back so I can go somewhere else i really feel your service sucks!
