Expired R500 voucher

Received aR500 voucher at end of October 2022. tried many times to load it. I kept on getting error messages. Phoned support many times...no success. After all this they told me the voucher expired. asked them to escalate my request, but nothing happened. the only reason for expiry is their slapgat attitude not giving good service.
