Email to *** blocked

Live chat they never assist . i have an issue with sending proof of payment no one responds the reply keeps saying an agent will call but nothing . I also have an issue where the support@ sunbet.co.za has been blocked not sure why?This is a problem as i am unable to email the proof of deposit and those agents always assist asap. Please can someone unblock the emails so i can send the proof of payment and resolve this deposit i made to my sunbet account to play slots .please
