Dissapointing customer service

Hi i am dissapointed in sunbet, you portray yourselfs to be the best and good but on the other hand your customer service team, is terriable. They dont call back when you ask them to, thier mics are alwayz on low, you can wait close to 10min waiting for an agent to pick up, mxm this is my 1st tryna sign up and i need help with this whole fica thing but the customer service is so poor their mxm
