dissapointed

Have been using the site and have never had any issues. It has always been a professional and well run site and organization. But this week has been terrible. The service I have received is atrocious. I made a deposit through eft secure. The money has still not been credited to my account 4 days later. And it is usually instant. I have phoned and emailed but unfortunately the service has been less than desired. Apparently there is a problem but that has not been communicated through to the customers. Very sad
