Deposit not reflecting on site despite proof sent and multiple comms.

Shocking service from SunBet - I made a cash deposit 2 weeks ago, which errored on their site. The money was deducted from my account as confirmed by my bank. I have tried contacting Sunbet using their different channels: chat, email and social platforms (their phone line does not work) and sending proof of payments they have still not corrected the issue and loaded my funds.

Terrible support in general.
