Delayed payment

I made a withdrawal of 3k on Saturday the 16th of July but I haven't received money. After making numerous followup the money deposited back to my account, I made another withdrawal and again the money is still not paid yet. This is happening for the fourth time now, I am not recommending Sunbets to any one, the service is very bad im considering canceling my account
