Delay tactics to verify fica docs and withhold winnings!

I've been trying to upload fica documents which never worked ,we spoke to an agent who said save jpeg as pdf and try ,it worked, in the interim hence I emailed all required and possible additional documents to *** 5 days ago Turn around time stated 48hrs ie 2 days

We are now on day 5 still not verified hence I am unable to withdraw my winnings

NO ONE KNOWS WHATS HAPPENING NOR IS THERE A NUMBER WHERE YOU CAN CALL AND SPEAK TO SOMEONE I JUST GET EMAIL RESPONSES ASKING AGAIN FOR THE SAME DOCUMENTS.
