Delay in payment of winnings

They quick to take your money, but when you win, they delay in paying out. Their online customer service agents are not helpful or intelligent enough to give reasonable answers to questions. Emailing them also does not help as they just copy and paste scripted texts, without actually listening to one's complaints. I am yet to receive monies won on their gaming platforms.
