Cant withdraw due to FICA errors, then lose everything

I am brand new to this online betting I am actually unemployed and I've heard of a couple of people winning some money so last week I joined one site and another site and then this week I went on to sunbet And world sports betting. So when I joined world sports betting I had to go through the FICA process before they would let me put money in and gamble (And this was the same with 2 other sites Ijoined) But with sunbelt I could start and put deposit money straight away and play. I I lost quite a lot of money but then all of a sudden I won a bit and bit by bit I got up up up playing the slots and I got up to 220,000 Rand! This was crazy and unbelievable we are really suffering we have a one car that's broke breaking down all the time there's big problems around and when I saw this we just thought wow we can really fix so much of our life. I know nothing about these gambling sites and so I just wanted to get this money out, so when I try to withdraw it tells me your FICA is not done and says click on this link and do whatever I have to do I try it since Tuesady night for hours kept getting errors - I take photo of myself then of the ID book then it says it doesn't match or it tells me this or that is wrong. So I’d leave it after a while then try again, keep failing the FICA and so I’d think “Let me just try win a little bit more…” I gambled some more I lost from that 220,000 I went down to about 90,000 that night the next morning I got up and first thing I tried to do was FICA and same things with the errors. My mom who ius nearly and living on Oxygen kept saying to me “PLEASE, PLEASE DO THE FICA, WE NEED THAT MONEY”. I was trying different areas inside the house, outside. I even went out I was at the shops I was trying in parking lots still getting errors so every hour or two I would try to do the FICA, then I would end up gambling more and what happened I lost everything. I amt in a huge problem I've lost all the money people lent me for this(I actually put in thousands before I won that) and I really can't accept it. I can't handle and accept it because of their system problems (But I actually think its one of their ways to get back their money) to lose all that money and I've heard from other people they've had the same issues not with the amount of money I lost though.so I think it's their way to we know that their gambling sites do try to hook you and keep you playing but this is just another thing. I spoke on the chat on their website today with someone and he basically said that's my problem I spent the money. Then later thought I still can't handle this I phoned in and they basically told me they can't do anything about it. She said I should have ‘suspended my account’. I told her “I know nothing about these gambling sites”. All I know is I’ve put thousands in there, then when I win and try withdraw it I am not able. So please tell me what I can do I can't let this go I need that money. I believe it's mine if they look on their systems I was trying to cash out for two days!!!
