Bonus Promo not honoured - Zero Support
I have recently opted into 2 promotions after receiving promo codes via SMS, but after making the deposits no free spins were allocated as the promo states that it would be.
The first one got sorted out after trying for about 2 hours with Live Support and sending 3 unanswered emails.
The second one, I am still struggling. I have sent 5 mails no to support, no answer. Trying to get "Live Help, I queue and after 10 minutes and 10 messages stating support will be wirh me shortly, the conversation gets closed and I have to start in back of queue again.
Why is it so hard ro get support from Sunbet????
