BAD service at Sunbet gambling app

I Have been getting bad service from the Sunbet gambling app..recently, they have a platform where u recharge your account using their facilated platform where you link it with your bank. The money gets deducted from your bank account only to find that it doesn't appear on their account it has happened quite a few times, upon checking with my bank only to find that the money went out to them and then when you contact them they give you 72hrs which I have waited until those hours passed..and when contacting them they keep on promising or sending me from pillar to post..it's either the service is bad or they've hired people who don't know t how to operate the call center..or the operator just take the money for themselves.. knowing we will be fed up trying to get them refund the money back it's been 5 days with no luck..
