Attention All Sunbet Punters - Contact me if you have ever lost tennis bets when the match was stopped due to injury - ***

This raises concerns about Sunbet’s:

compliance culture,

willingness to self-report issues,

treatment of consumers,

transparency with regulators.

6. Requests for Regulatory Action I respectfully request that MER and NGB take immediate action:

1. Conduct a full audit of all Sunbet tennis bets involving retirements or injuries. 2. Instruct Sunbet to suspend all non-compliant auto-settlement processes immediately. 3. Require a full review of Sunbet’s horse racing suspension, including licensing and operational reasons. 4. Mandate Sunbet to notify all potentially affected punters nationwide. 5. Review potential administrative sanctions for knowingly continuing with incorrect settlement methods. 6. Require Sunbet to provide the regulator with a clear remediation plan and timeline for compliance. 7. Conclusion Sunbet has admitted to:

Using incorrect settlement rules,

Continuing to do so knowingly,

Fixing errors only when punters complain,

Withdrawing an entire product line (horse racing) due to licensing issues,

Failing to proactively or transparently notify punters or the regulator.

Combined, these issues point to serious, systemic non-compliance and pose a significant risk to the public.

I therefore request urgent investigation and intervention.

Please also take note of the screenshot below reflecting my specific bet for the tennis match yesterday that was stopped due to injury once again. As can see, it still reflects as "Lost". The CEO did confirm that it will be refunded this morning as seen in his emails below but nothing has transcribed as yet. Yet another move by Sunbet whereby they are holding the punters hostage and playing a cat and mouse game rather than doing the principally correct thing accordingly with the Mpumulanga Economic Regulatory terms and conditions. Even after the past 1 month struggle to prove them wrong, they still have the audacity to do this to loyal punters.

I leave this matter in your capable hands and I look forward to hearing from you soon. Have an awesome day further.

Kind regards, Rushay

*** Please contact me if you have taken any tennis bets in the past and lost because the match was stopped due to injury. They will need to refund you on single bets and pay out all multiples if the other legs were winners. Contact me to help or for more information

Hi Rushay,

Thank you for your detailed feedback.

We take allegations regarding settlement rules and regulatory compliance extremely seriously. All betting markets on our platform, including tennis events impacted by retirements or injuries, are settled strictly in accordance with our published Sports Betting Rules and applicable regulatory requirements.

Settlement outcomes for matches affected by retirements are determined by the specific market type and the official event status as governed by our rules. These rules are publicly available and app**** consistently across all accounts.

If you believe a specific bet was settled incorrectly, we invite you to email us at *** with your username, bet ID, and event details so that we can conduct a formal review and provide a written explanation of the settlement outcome.

We remain committed to operating transparently and in full compliance with regulatory standards.

Kind regards,
