Account blocked and cash out

Service is terrible, I had a account, my uncle gave me his coupon to use and I actually win, so when I won I requested to cashier because I played there wager, just to get a mail to say my account is blocked. They people that help me was *********** didn't know what they spoke, I am asking for question and was refere to look something up. I would recommend t it for any person because there services.
