I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Sunbet.

After 5 days of endless back-and-forth, I’m still fighting to get access to my own money. I’ve provided every piece of evidence they asked for, yet I keep getting sent on wild goose chases with false promises and absolutely no accountability.

Instead of acknowledging that my deposit is with them and simply releasing the funds so I can use them—as intended, whether to gamble or withdraw—Sunbet continues to make excuses and delay the process.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years. I’ve even referred friends and family. But right now, I feel misled, ignored, and cheated. This is not the service I expected from a platform I once trusted.

I will be taking this further and reporting Sunbet to the relevant gambling authorities. This treatment is unacceptable.
