Sunbeam SMKM-600 MULTI FUNCTION APPLIANCE A FLAWED DESIGN

Bought a SMKM-600 multi function machine primarily to use as a slow juicer. First machine lasted about two weeks and failed I returned to the seller I bought through online who did his best to replace but took some time. Replacement machine died on third juicing attempt just greens and some fruit pieces. I then reached out to Sunbeam SA or Nu World imports whovare importers. Sales manager responded immediately and copied what I think may be the responsible people to try resolve. That's where it ended nothing back and my further follow ups yielded only lip service. I have always deemed Sunbeam pretty good for well priced small appliances but this unit is just a design flaw start to finish . Hate to know what will happen if you try ise this machine to mince.
