Sunbeam is the worst brand I have ever used.

Disgusted in Sunbeam and a&e Hyperworld Thrichatdt

Good Day, My Name is Nancy Jordaan. I bought a sunbeam stove SGEHEO-9060 on the 03-10-17 from a&e Hyperworld in Thrichatdt. Since it was installed I started noticing that my stove knobs were melting. The temperature in the oven doesn't work properly. My entire oven gets so hot that I cant even touch the handle. I have phoned and spoken to people that work at a&e Hyperworld and I get told someone will come have a look. They then sent someone from sunbeam in Trichardt to come have a look and he accused me of not working with the oven properly and that's why the knobs are melting. I got a number of a lady that works at sunbeam trichardt and we spoke via whatsapp and she too promised another technician will come out and sort out the stove. I have complained so many times now, my husband has also complained. On one occasion when I phoned a&e Hyperworld I was told the guy that works in the stove department was on leave and I had to wait for him to come back before anything can be done. I've never in my entire life been so disgusted with service like this and As for Sunbeam I'm so disappointed in your service and you appliances...... My stove wasn't even in for 2 months and all this nonsense started.... It's now 2 years later and I'm still waiting!!!! I had asked them to replace the stove and neither sunbeam nor a&e Hyperworld have even attempted to help me. I'm honestly so disappointed in both Sunbeam and a&e Hyperworld......
