I only give you a stat because with ouy one I am nou entitled to my opening, I love your brand and think it is affordable. Although i bought a hand mixer I do not know were the slip is but there is definitely something wrong, beside the plastic smell you have to put it of every 3 min other wise it becomes yo hot on your hand. Not sure was this part of the original patent or do you think there is something wrong. I dis realize you fo not answer on any of you complaints so I will repost on facebook and instagram xoxo
