Biltong Drier

I brought a biltong drier for my husband for Christmas.

When we unpacked the unit, the sides were wobbled., We thought it would go straight from the lights heat, but it didn't. Once we put the meat in the biltong drier, the fan's pins keep falling out, flies keep on getting into the unit because of the side not lining up and the holes that are to big. So we had to alter the unit so that no flies can get into the unit. This unit is not up to standard. If this is the products you supply your clients then I will not buy Sunbeam products anymore and I will make sure my friends and my family doesn't buy it either.
