Sunbake poor quality

After numerous Facebook messages, and calls. Im not happy at all... I only buy sunbake.... Bread, chelsea buns sponsecake and im very disappointed in the quality of products. Buy a bread tomorrow its rotten, buy a chelsea bun tomorrow its old. Its totally unacceptable and to think they don't even bother to rectify the problem.
