Happy customer

As a consumer, I have always been buying Sunbake bread of which I have been consuming a from my early days to date. However, recently I noticed that the slices of one of the brown loves I bought, were just falling apart as I was spreading butter on. I could have left things as they are and continued with life, hoping that it doesn't happen again, however, on a second thought I decided to confront the bakery so that they are aware of what was happening so that they follow it up and make sure I still get the consistent quality of the bread I am used to. To my surprise, on the next day I received a call very early in the morning from Sunbake (Boertstra) and they apologized for the mistake. Then after few minutes I received another call, and this time they requested my address and promised to send me a replacement loaf and to maintain the standard. Within 2 hours, their promise was fulfilled. They specifically sent an employee just to deliver what they promised and on top of that they added additional pack of cheese roll. As I write this report, I am still a happy customer and the most important thing to me which was also a suprise, is the speedy response and committment to deliver and keep a client happy even if it did not involved a big amount client.
