This is the most disgusting place to stay. Firstly the entrance gate is opened by the guardian 2x they closed the boom on my car roof and you know how expensive it is to fix roof damage from one end to the other. Then they only have one garbage bin per block of 8 flats. In usually there is none. Then the waste are lying on the floor, drawing in posts like ****roaches. If you complain then you get threatened. Sime of the units dont have curtain rails and you are able to see everything going on. Then there are large vehicles parked in the drive way and you cant get passed them. The units dont have kitchens and it feels like a jail as safety is a huge issue. The agents advertise it as an echo estate. They charge R6500 for these units mostly owned by industrial linings.
