I was pleasantly surprised in the end, and it exceeded my expectations.

In terms of my rating, here is the breakdown:

Regarding the price, it is exceptionally competitive compared to other solar companies. After conducting thorough research for several months, I concluded that this supplier offers the best value.

However, there is room for improvement in communication during the installation process. It would be beneficial to enhance this aspect, especially by providing proactive updates to keep clients well-informed. Rather than waiting for clients to inquire, being more proactive and informative would be highly appreciated. Considering the workload and the current weather conditions, such as the wet winter we are experiencing, I would suggest utilizing Wendy more in the interim communication. She did an excellent job of updating me on the status of the installation afterwards, so utilizing her to keep clients informed of the installation's progress would be a great idea.

The installation itself was exceptional, and I would like to express my gratitude to Mike and his team. Despite the challenges posed by my specific installation requirements, they managed to find the best solution and executed the job brilliantly. Thank you, Mike and the entire team, for your outstanding work.
