Sun Smart Solar - Bad Experience

<div>Sunsmart failed to meet the installation timelines stipulated in their agreement and cancelled my order without refunding my deposit. Lack of effective communication, inappropriate language used in WhatsApp exchanges and threats as soon as the matter was taken for legal advice. I have been waiting for my refund since the first week of June 2023 even though they have a 15 business day policy on refunds for which they had issued me with a credit note.</div>
