Terrible service, no refund for product not delivered.

I made payment for my order for installation of solar panels, battery and inverter to Sunsmart Solar on 08/12/2022. The solar panels and inverter were delivered and installed. The battery is apparently not available any longer. The battery costs was approximately 45% of the total amount paid. I have to date not received an option for another battery or a refund. Do not use them. They are not reliable. Months of empty promises for the refund.
