The Sun Smart team who completed my installation were very professional, well equipped and did a very neat job cleaning up behind themselves .The installation date changes under trying circumstances considering the winter weather being experienced , for it does not give you a lot of changes to have a set time. But all has worked out and I am very pleased with my installation. It was the best decision I have made. Thanks to Ruan and the team.

24 Feb 2025, 11:16This was the worst decision I ever made😠😠 was told by Jonathan to write a good review, and I did . After all the patience that I had with them delaying the installation, I was afraid that it would not happen, for I had my pension money in it. It is now 24/02/2025 and I have still not received the Geyser converter -the one that I had was broken by them- that was the promise for another one. In September of 2024 I reported the my battery was not charging properly, it appeared that it needed a software update, and It was still under warranty. Jonathan came and took it for the upgrade- with the backing plate. Apparently the supplier had to have it. It has been now 5 months and no battery and no Jonathan . And like all the other comments- he blames me for being rude and ,and—-If someone knows of a medium where he can get block form doing this to unfortunate customers I would gladly report him there. Even Carte blanch was on him and he ducked out of meeting with them. This has to stop🫵🏻🤨🤨🤨
