Poor delivery
Poor communication and unfulfilled delivery promises! I am waiting for almost two weeks for the delivery of an inverter I have paid fully. Delivery is promised for 'tomorrow' - but it never happens!

Just a note that our delivery times are at 7-10 days as per the website so in all intensive purposes we are actually not late.
In terms of delivery into areas like Tulbagh, we have switched to Courier Guy now as they service that area without making use of third parties which because of the value of the goods being delivered is preferable.
We apologise if you feel we have taken a little long but please bear in mind the distance away from a major centre does impact delivery times.
Just a note that our delivery times are at 7-10 days as per the website so in all intensive purposes we are actually not late.
