Great service and finished product. Queue system needed to improve comms on timing of the project start date.

We were very impressed by the SunSmart team, their knowledge, competence, speed on the job and after sales service. The finished installation was everything that it promised to be. The reason for the missing fifth star is their lack of communication before the work started. They need a system to tell customers what number they are on the queue since the estimated time between paying the deposit and the work starting depends on many factors outside of their control. They tend to be overly optimistic on the start date of the project, and a queue system would decrease anxiety after the hefty deposit has been paid.
