Cancellation clause not honored.
I managed to get my order completed but my father cancelled his order due to breach of contract. My installation was questionable, for example the coc electrician only showing up after the job was completed and not being on site at all during the installation, it took a month to get my invoice for the installation which is needed for the tax incentive, the business did not have the serial numbers for my items and I needed to provide that to them to complete my invoice, they also sent me another person's COC certificate during the quote stages to try prove legitimacy which goes against the POPI act.
My father cancelled his installation after breach of contract and requested a refund and agreed to the cancellation clause, he was given numerous credit notes and dates of payment fir his refund, to this day he has still not been given his refund.
During the refund requests we were sworn at, threats of remotely shutting down my solar installation, threats of him coming to my home.

There is no breach of contract, we took a stand against this online cretin, you will notice that where we fall short we will put our hand up. We post the Good and the Bad.
