Their MO is to recommend themselves on Facebook, engage with you through Matthew (who is clean online), do a site visit and convince you that they will beat any quote. After this point, they will ask for upfront payment and then make excuses upon excuses as to why they can't install your system in order to buy some time. Search for RICHARD ROOD and/or SIC Solar online. They also operate under many other company names, including SUN SKY TECHNOLOGIES, RENERGY HOLDINGS and SYNERGY POWER AFRICA. They keep registering new companies, ******** people and then de-registering the company. Always be aware and do your homework before making payment to suppliers that you do not have a personal referral to.
