Unfriendly service at front desk

I would like to bring to your attention about your extremely unfriendly inefficient service from the lady at help desk. She does not even greet or acknowledge you as a person. I called her this morning and when I came in she acted as if she didnt know what I am talking about? Are these the type of people you hire to greet your staff. The ladys name is Sebo. Can u please address this with her as this is unacceptable attitude in this day and age and really doesn't make it a pleasant experience coming here. It's my 2nd time here and I doubt I will ever come back. Thank you
