Terrible Admin Service! So unprofessional!

I booked a dentist appointment for yesterday but I wasn’t going to be able to make it so I called and asked to reschedule. They rescheduled me to today the 30th of October. I woke up this morning and went. I got the and spoke to the receptionist as usual just to let them know that I had arrived for my 10:15am appointment. The lady asked me to take a sit and wait for my name to be called. I waited about an hour without getting assistance so I went to ask what was taking so long. The lady told me that they didn’t have my booking on the system and that they are sorry I should book for another day. I never even got an explanation of what had happened and just like that my time had been wasted for absolutely nothing.
