San Ridge Medical Centre - - RECEPTION BEHAVIOR AND DOCTORS

On the 12th of April i rushed my 80 year old mother to the Sandrige Medical Center, obviously i was stressed that my mother is not well, and the reception i received was disgusting when i spoke to the old receptionist how she spoke to me with no empathy and i got frustrated with her as she told me that the doctor is about to leave and it was not closing time as of yet, saying that she will speak to the doctor first, how can you want to ask the doctor when i have brought my mother in and she was in crucial pain, and you do not expect me to be upset and irrate, the reception woman was so unprofessional at her age.

Next thing the doctors who were on duty that Saturday, gathered at the reception area gossiping about us instead of attending to the patients and not waste time. The black doctor lady who attended to us, never got her name as she never introduced herself she was also acting unprofessional she started accusing me that i should not come with my problems from outside to their center, whatever the reception OLD woman said to her made it sound bad, the doctor was not even at the reception when we got there but already she started attacking me with words in her office instead of attending to my mother as she was in pain, i eventually excused myself and my daughter to leave her office as she continued to wanting to have an argument for a professional doctor i lost respect how she acted. Worse of all she never asked my mother if she has high blood and suger diabetes, she prescribed medication for my mother that is not meant for someone of her condition to take, the consultant at clicks was shocked and she wanted to call the doctor unfortunately they had already closed at 13h00pm. This black doctor did not care about my mother who was the patient she was more interested into the drama and attacking me with the wrong information the reception had given her, the Receptionist at that center they are old and unprofessional, that is not the manner of treating patients, the one patient ended up storming out because of the unprofessional of the reception and the doctors on duty on that Saturday 12 April. I will never take my family to that Sandridge Medical Center anymore, i thought it would work out good for us since we just stay across the street from Sandridge Shopping Center, i would rather take my family were there's more empathy and professionalism. The services is disgusting and so bad, unpleasant that it shocks. Dr Shams must be careful of the other doctors they get for their practice or they will end up killing people if it has not happened yet.
