I bought two new professional loudspeaker drivers and when I inspected them, one had very obviously been in use. In fact it had been inside a cabinet for some time to the extent that part of the steel showed corrosion. The business is proposing that I inspected the goods and by accepting the delivery, I therefore agreed to the sale. I propose, when a company sells a product as new, it should be new.
