SUN PRINT AND GRAPHICS

My company ordered business cards - we needed the minimum amount we could order and paid R632 for these cards.

The quality was despicable. every single card had a scratch or a mark on it, the edges were not cut properly and the quality was pathetic.

On providing feed back to the owner of the business and trying to get a solution over the last 2 days he stated " go find a differing ****ing printer".

So we approached him at his work place - again he disputed the quality stating it was the best for the price. as customers if we were not happy - find a solution or provide a refund for the amount paid if there is NO OTHER WAY to resolve our queries.

He attacked us on a personal level when we approached the business - called security on us and threatened to sue us.

As a businessowner he has no ethics - does not value client relations - was rude and arrogant and recorded us,

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY CUSTOMER WHO IS LOOKING FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
