Regret the day I called them

Yooo I have sleepless night with this company, firstly I was not told that my Xplora is not playing with their solar. I tried means had to pay extra to get the old modern, now still nothing. I have to call, WhatsApp nothing. Promises that are not kept. Yoo I regret this. Since March I'm paying for TV bit its not playing😭😭😭 All was doing for the sake of my kids but nothing. I'm always spending more
