WORST WEEKEND EVER

Ist my reservation was *****ed up. 2nd the Bar staff does not know when to stop serving alcohol to already drunk people so they can fight and fall all over the other patrons in the casino without having security people around to stop this. My husband had to go and find someone to get these drunk guys out of the casino. The toilets in the Prive was blocked so we had to walk long ways to get to a toilet which is unacceptable as I was gambling closes to the Prive. The food at supper made me physically ill (I vomited the whole night). Upon check-out I was told that we were booked to have breakfast at the Palace, I mean *** on check-out?????<br> I sent an e-mail to Southern Sun regarding this last week and until now have not had any response from them. Do they just not care about the people that visit their Hotel and spend thousands at the casino?????? This is a disgrace. There was children running around IN the Casino, since when is this allowed?
