Worst vacation at wildcoast sun

I booked my 1st family holiday In 10 years. I went to wildcoast sun I booked a year in advance so I get der on the 24th of December 2022 so I checked in they gave me the worst room ever nothing worked the carpets were wet my wife got sick in 1 hour of us being there I took her to the doctor so I requested a room change I was ok so the next day we went for breakfast and the sausages was burnt everyday bacon was dry and the menu stayed the same. What was disappointing we sat for breakfast and was not offered anything to drink but a friend of ours walked in for breakfast and she is white and 3 waiters went to her immediately I paid the same as her why is my service difference that's the questions I have to answer my 10 year old. We go to eat at barcelos and they gave me wrong food worst 1st family vacation ever it took me a whole year to save for this trip. So I called the resort on multiple times left messages for the manager to call and by the way you have to wait 10min before someone answers the call so I get in touch with banqueting and the lovely lady gives me the managers email so I email the guy and 2 weeks ago and till this date no response from the management of WILDCOAST SUN
