Worst Service Ever

Sun City had not advised us that valley of the waves was closed 3rd Dec and only felt the need to put it on the website the morning of the 3rd after numerous complains. Management was not around to assist and the ladies at the information desk Andile and Rejoice laughed at us and did not assist us to the best of their ability. Management known as Jackie took over an hour and we are still waiting. How can on recommend this place when there is no assistance or customer service.
