Worst Service

Service very bad or should I say worst service ever from Sun International rewards, got an SMS that I have a 1 night complimentary stay at one of their hotels in Durban or in Cape Town and mind you I leave in Gauteng and I got my card at Carnival City, why don't they check where you are based before issuing offers, that is being so unprofessional since the sms does not state terms and conditions. My offer is only valid between 13-31 Aug 2023 and their response was that the offer cannot be changed to a different Hotel./Property. useless and thanks for nothing
