Worst pay out ratio ever!!!

<p>I have been a loyal patron at the Flamingo Casino in Kimberley since the day they opened!!! Lately, I have been loosing and loosing. I know gambling is about winning sometimes and loosing sometimes but at the Flamingo Casino I have just lost!!!! The payout ratio is not right!!!! You can't keep on putting money in and getting nothing, zero in return!!!! The new points system is also faulty, you just do not seem to get your points as you are supposed to. I spoke to a lady at marketing yesterday and her reply was somewhat comic to say the least. I told her according to my understanding (as they advertise in their booklet) you get 1 point for every R100 spent but according to her they consider the time you play and on what denomination of slots you play as well-really??? I think someone needs to start investigating this establishment because clearly they are just pocketing and the patrons are the losers all the way. Alot of people that do not gamble will say the house always win, in this case it seems to be true!!!!!</p>
