worst customer service ever

<p>on Saturday I was approach by Ian sell timeshare at the vacation club.he was ver professional, explained the product and offered to show me the place. We though about it and decided to go have a look at the place so we went to the vacation club desk and advised them that we would like to view.this time i was approached by a very rude lady named pinkey.she said that i was Ian's client and that i should go look for him at the parking. I then returned and told her I couldnt find him and asked if she could call him.she was very reluctant and said that his phone was off, she did not have a golf cart to take us to the place to view and just ignored me.I then told her that I will escalate this as it seemed that she did not want to do business.she shouted and said I can escalate it to whoever I wanted,she does not care. I find this very unprofessional and embarresing being and mvg card holder.Is this how your sales people treat potential clients???</p>
