Worst Customer Service at Chico's

We stayed at the Wild Coast Sun from 27 to 29 September. Both mornings when arriving for the complementary breakfast at Chicoo's was awful. Your hostess is so rude and treats customers like ********* shouting and ordering you around. I have visited many hotels in the group but have never been treated so badly or been so upset. We arrived for breakfast and showed our keycard which allows for 2 complementary breakfasts, i then proceeded to pay for the additional child who was not covered and took our seats. When my husband arrived he tried to explain that he was already signed in and was rudely told to get to the back of the line which he did. When he eventually got to the front he tried to explain again and was told to speak to the cashier which he did. Afterwards he was told that he is not allowed to leave once he is inside which is insane, he had just gone out to get a bottle for the baby. Anyway it just ruined a really good weekend. All the other services were excellent but i won't be eating at Chicos again
