Worst customer service

It is sad that a once supposedly amazing institution can repeatedly ignore customer complaints. Sun international sent the very SMS as an adverti*****t to they service they want offer. This is a channel the world sees and sun international simply ignores customers repeated complaints. It seems that the very glitter of this establishment has really faded. It's sad you seem unmoved by this being a channel the world sees. Let's hope this is seen by many potential guests. Its been several days.
