Worse service ever.....disappointed!

No professionalism what so ever, no one knows anything with regards to assisting me and as for Andile Gumede who has been sent numerous emails because they can't get calls, with regards to my refund has not responded not even once. Consultants advised they will call me as soon as they get feedback, turns out its just empty promises. I have had enough, ghis has been pending since June.
