Worse experience ever at Wild Coast Sun

<p>my husband abd mysekf went to the wild Coast Sun on holiday and 2 weeks before the time I booked a horse riding session with Bridgette, from the start she wasnt very friendly and not very helpful, not once has she told me theres a weight spefication for horse riding so by the looks of it horses at Wild Coast Sun only bred for small people. I am an African Open javelin thrower so therefore i am not a little thin women. when we got there on the sunday the staff member working for Bridgette told me I am fat and i am not allowed to go horseriding, I was very disgusted and very hurt, my husband then phoned bridgette whom did not bother answering the phone and to date I have not received an apology from her or even bothered phoning me or my husband which any righ business person will do. Instead i got an apology from the PA of the General manager when I emailed the Public Relations office Claudia henkel i got a i will forward the email to the general manager and a sorry. let me tell you what i experience after being called fat .. I have developed a self image disorder which effects my marraige big time and my personal life as well and all I get is a oeps sorry we did speak to the staff but you want to tell me that only peopel under 85kg can go horseriding meaning if the rugby players of south africa want to go horse riding at wild coast sun they cant because people like Eben Etsebeth will break the horses legs . I am hugely disgusted at the manner this was dealt with .. one things for sure the owner at this horse riding venue at the wild coast sun has no sutomers service ethics and want to praise and worship the Lord but cant even apologize in person for her staff who caused me great harm and heartache</p>
